It's a play on the double demerits system we have here. Kicks in on public holidays, and if you're doing 20 mph over the speed limit when it's on, you can say goodbye to your licence.

Strangely enough they run more Commodores then Falcons for highway patrol, but they never seem to do any mods to the Holdens.

Moot point anyway. No V8 sedans from either company in 2-3 years, cops will have to be driving Mustangs as the only option.
